construction update

After a site visit this week to one of our new-build projects we have some new photos to share!

The project is moving right along thanks to the awesome team with Fred Nordahl Construction and Remodeling. Stay tuned in the coming weeks as the floors get installed, doors get hung, paint gets painted and tile gets tiled!

These exterior shots show the house as it was in August with the first floor built. The bottom picture shows the house with the second floor, siding and roofing... al that we need next is paint!

 

 

 

Here are side by side shots of the front entry with the stair leading up to the second floor. We can't wait for the pretty flooring, stair parts and carpet runner! It's all coming together!

 

 

 

 

These shots show the evolution of the kitchen space. Once the cabinets AND our client's snappy vintage light fixture go in... oh heaven's! It's going to be delightful!
