Food trucks!

It’s food truck season!  Last week for lunch we visited the Food Truck Court in St. Paul at Kellogg and Wabasha. It is a summer MUST!

We got in line at our pals Kari and Amy’s Fork in the Road food truck and tried to figure out what to eat… with so many yummy things on the menu, it was hard to pick! 

They offer delicious lunch options such as Roasted Red Pepper & Mozzarella Rolls, Molten Meatball Sliders, Shrimp & Orzo Pasta Salad, and their famous BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese with Carmelized Onions. Yum! We both decided to have the grilled cheese. It was beyond delish!  Talk about melt-in-your-mouth grilled cheese and pulled pork- having one of those sandwiches is also a summer must!

You’ll be able to spot Fork in the Road a mile away with their happy bright, orange truck. Be sure to order their special Strawberry Lemonade too… it tastes especially good on these hot summer days. They scoot around from location to location throughout the year, so to be sure you know where they are (and where you can find the best lunch in town) ‘friend’ them on Facebook or follow them on Twitter since they post their whereabouts daily.

The food truck court is held every Wednesday from 11:30 – 1pm at the same location every week. Each week you can (and should) try a different food truck; as all of their menus change daily.

What a great way to spend your lunch hour… outside and enjoying amazing food! Try it next week!
